Sales, Leasing and Construction Progress at District House

Construction continues to progress at District House, following a summer of big changes on the project site. The building's steel installation and detailing are nearing completion while framing is well underway.

Concurrent with those efforts, mechanical coordination and brick installation are advancing on several floors. Window installation will commence this fall.

While construction progresses, sales have also been brisk. The sales team has sold six units in eight weeks, marking 70% sold. Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty is actively marketing eight remaining units.

There is still something for everyone, including limited corner, terrace and penthouse units. Several tiers have limited availability, including a sold out '02 tier and one unit remaining in each of the '03, '04, '06 and '07 tiers. First deliveries for residential units are slated for the spring of 2018. 

Meanwhile, approximately half of the ground floor retail space is now reserved, with lease negotiations actively nearing completion. The development team, in collaboration with its retail leasing broker CBRE, is in advanced discussions with several prospective tenants for the balance of the retail space. Formal tenant announcements will be issued in the coming months.
