District House Officially Welcomes New Residents

District House recently welcomed its first residents into the building, marking the beginning of the development’s “move-in” phase. A new home will be delivered every week through the end of August. This month the third floor welcomes its new homeowners. After closing, new owners begin to put their own personal touches on the homes — from paint colors and window treatments to furniture and artwork.

The exterior design by Seattle-based Miller Hull and Chicago’s Northworks Architects nears completion, including a signature feature of the design — horizontal overhangs expressing a nod to the Prairie School. Continuing outside, streetscape work has been initiated and the public can now access the site along Euclid Avenue. Installation of second-floor private terraces by Omni Ecosystems and the extensive green roof areas is almost finished.

If you've considered District House but haven't yet seen it for yourself, time is rapidly running out. Four unique, three-bedroom condominium homes are available from $599,900 to $799,900. Don't miss your opportunity to live in Oak Park's newest and most popular condominium project.

A fully-furnished Sales Model now provides future buyers the opportunity to experience District House firsthand.
